Meals:
All meals for this event are by you. There will be one included meal provided at this event which will be on Saturday night (Delivered BBQ Ribs, Baked Beans and Potato Salad with Soda or Water) One Meal is included with event registration.

Itinerary:

FridayEarly check-in and registration will begin at 3:00 pm on Friday afternoon at the main camp sites 45/86/87/88 - we will try to post someone at the main gate to help assist getting you to your site with the camp host.

Saturday,
Check-in and registration resumes at the main site at 8:30 am, with trail rides expected to start at 9:00-10am. There will be several trails from which to choose covering all levels of experience, and appropriate for stock or modified Land Rovers. Although we ask for your trail preference on the Online Registration form you are free to change your mind and sign up for a different trail, if space is available. Groups are limited to 10 trucks per Forest Service regulations. Any trail with more than 10 trucks will be broken into staggered groups at 30 minutes intervals.

Saturday night, 
will bring everyone together at the main meeting sites for group dinner, a raffle for door prizes and other festivities (really just hang out for some trail talk).

Sunday, Late check-in and registration will resume on Sunday morning at 8:30 AM. We'll strike camp (volunteers appreciated!) and everyone will meet up for trail rides that will begin to leave between 8:30 to 9:30 AM with trail choices suitable for everyone. At the close of the day, off toward home.

Meals
Saturday and Sunday breakfast is on your own. Lunch is on trail each day, so bring your own. Friday's dinner is on your own Saturday option to have your own or purchase a BBQ Rib Dinner.

Alternative Accommodations
Participants are free to stay at one of the many area motels, hotels and cabins for rent. Although it is a few miles drive to the nearest, meals can be obtained at local eateries.

For a full refund, cancelations must be received by email by 5:00 pm on Saturday, September 8th, 2012. Cancelations received after the deadline, but prior to Event Date will only be refunded for registration and tickets. Fees paid for meals will not be refunded. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS AFTER THE START OF THE EVENT, SORRY! Refunds will be paid by check following the event.
